Dress Code

Dress code:

The country’s name is fairly self-explanatory about its dress code; while in Islamic republic of Iran, you are obliged to conform to Islamic dress-Code known as Hijab; however, the rules are much more lenient for tourists.

Women are expected to their hair covered, necessarily not with a tight scarf, as it’s common to leave some parts uncovered or your hair stands out of your loose shawl.

Moreover you are required to cover your upper body with long sleeved and loose cloth down to your mid-tight, your legs are also required to be covered down to ankles.

For men, shorts, too short-Sleeved or sleeveless Shirts are not acceptable in public.
